Reserved Space Request Form (Powered by Offstreet)

**NOTICE: Please read the following information as our Reserve Space Request policies for the 2025-26 years have been updated.

Reserved space requests may be made for your guests and VIPs in advance by completing this form. Reserved spaces cannot be guaranteed without a minimum of a two (2) full business days notice. All Weekend Requests are subject to possible Space Charges dependent upon need and availability to be determined by the PTS Director's Office.

If your request spans multiple days or includes multiple people, please fill out ONE form if the location and times are the same.

Reserved Space Charge Rates: 

• Attendant is required for requests in student lots that includes 10 or more reserved parking spaces.
• Attendant charge is $45.00 per hour with a 4-hour minimum required.
• Any last-minute requests--made within the two business day period prior to the event--will be subjected to an additional late fee of $45.
• Cancellations made within the two business day period prior to the event will have a 50% (of the total cost of the reservation) fee applied.
• All Weekend Requests are subject to possible Space Charges dependent upon need and availability to be determined by the PTS Director.

• Booth A (Dalrymple Dr./Infirmary Ln.)
• Booth B (S. Stadium Dr./Highland Rd.)
• Booth C (S. Stadium Dr./Nicholson Dr.)
• Booth D (N. Stadium Dr./Mike’s Habitat)

Reserved Space Charge Rate:

*Reservations of 50 spaces or more will need approval form the Director of Parking & Transportation Services.

Pricing and locations for requests over 300 spaces will vary. An LSU Parking & Transportation Services representative will be in contact on all requests.
