Biology Permission of Department Request Form

When course scheduling opens for the Fall 2026 semester (March 30, 2026 at 9:00 am), you may complete an ONLINE application form to request enrollment in these courses.

For BIOL 4263, you may only request ONE of the sections, if signed up for both, your application will not be considered.

*** Important: Forms submitted before BEFORE March 30, 2026 at 9:00 am will not be considered. ***

Completion of an application for enrollment does not guarantee a seat in the course!
