For new graduate students admitted in the Spring 2025, Summer 2025, and Fall 2025

Date: Wednesday, August 20, 2025

Time: Noon to 4:00 p.m.

Location: Bo Campbell Auditorium of the LSU Cox Communications Center for Student-Athletes

Luncheon: 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.

Enter on the South concourse (use the stairs to the right, if facing the PMAC).
