HEAT STRESS INDEX MEANING
Sun strike, heat cramps and heat exhaustion are likely. Heat stroke is possible with prolonged exposure and physical activity.
Heat stroke or sun stroke are imminent.
In high heat index day, take more breaks than normal and drink water even if you aren’t thirsty.
