Valencia Sarpy Jones

Valencia Sarpy Jones is a financial professional and entrepreneur with nearly two decades of experience helping high-earning professionals, executives, and business owners navigate complex financial decisions. Since 2007, she has specialized in developing customized strategies focused on wealth protection, tax-efficient retirement planning, estate conservation, and long-term legacy building.

Valencia served as Chairman of the LSU Board of Supervisors from September 2022 to September 2023. She was appointed by Governor John Bel Edwards in 2016 to represent Louisiana’s 4th Congressional District and reappointed in 2022.

Deeply committed to her profession and community, Valencia is a member of the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors and a dedicated member of the Service League of Natchitoches. Her leadership also includes her service on the boards of Natchitoches Regional Medical Center, Natchitoches Historic Downtown Development District, and the Natchitoches Jazz & R&B Festival.

Valencia earned her Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Louisiana State University, where she developed a strong foundation in community, leadership, and service.
